As you all know Gazeley have appealed against HDC’s decision to reject their planning application to further expand Magna Park (15/01531/OUT).
The appeal hearing will start on Tuesday 26th March and is planned to take 8 days, finishing on 4th April 2019.
There will be two sessions each day 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm and the appeal will be held in:
The Symington Building
Adam and Eve Street
We would like to encourage as many people as possible to attend at least one session of the appeal. We know that by showing interest in the proceedings we are able to influence how decision makers think about the issues.
We hope that as many people as possible can find time to turn up at the appeal hearings – particularly in the first week. You only need to come for a couple of hours if you cannot manage a full session.
Thanks as always for your support and I look forward to seeing you at Symington Building.
I know we have said it before – but this really is our last chance to keep our area rural.
