Last Saturday I had the best night out I had had in a very long time in Lutterworth.
At Lutterworth Working Men’s club on the Leicester Road I was thoroughly entertained by a
wonderful Bon Jovi tribute band. They may not have exactly looked like the real deal but they made
up for it with enthusiasm and a great choice of Bon Jovi classics. The club was full of people of all
ages. Families, couples and friends gathered to be entertained. The atmosphere was wonderful,
people were singing and dancing.
Earlier on in the day the club had held a coffee morning for Macmillan Nurses and had raised a
staggering £1000 for this very worthy cause. This definitely added to the happy mood of the crowd, I
was struck by the feeling of being part of a caring and welcoming community.
You need to be a member to access the club or know someone who is a member to sign you in. It is
very easy to join the club. There are forms on the side of the bar.
I am already looking forward to my next visit!!
