Liberal Democrat District councillors have come up with an idea to help shoppers and visitors to Lutterworth and Market Harborough.
The idea is for Shops and Cafés (and I presume pubs) to allow anyone to use their facilities.
This idea has been pioneered in Kendal.
One can see that this could work better in Market Harborough, as the only public loos are in the Commons Car Park, whilst most of the shopping happens the other side of the Northampton / Leicester Road.
Where as the public loos in Lutterworth (George Street Car Park), are closer to a lot of shops (Church Street) and not too far from the other shops, such as in Bell Street.
